Debbie is the owner and Vice President of Miler Property Management, Inc., the first exclusive, full service property Management Company in the Summerville area. Debbie started her company in 1984, and has successfully managed over a thousand homes, townhouses, condos, duplexes, and other properties in the Charleston area and has graciously assisted thousands of tenants with their housing needs. Debbie is an active member of The Rotary Club, the South Carolina Property Managers Association, the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors, several local civic organizations, and the distinctive National Association of Property Managers (NARPM). Debbie loves what she does, and sees her work as more of a housing ministry to assist.

Debbie has received numerous accolades over the years, and has been honored and distinguished as a “Woman to Watch” by the Summerville Journal Scene. Miler Properties has been selected several times as the Best Real Estate Company in the area by the local citizens, and in 2013, the company was selected by the Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce as the small business of the year!

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, Debbie had her sights on the world of fashion merchandising, but a love for real estate won her over. She is a native of Asheville, NC, so in her spare time she and her husband Dick Miler love to travel into the mountains for hiking and sightseeing. In addition, Debbie is a firm believer in seeking “retail therapy” in unique antique and consignment stores. She also loves to spend time with her four beautiful daughters and her extended family. Debbie has been active with youth ministry with her church for several years, and was the area coordinator for the school prayer ministry called Moms In Touch.

Adriane is both a licensed property manager and sales agent with Miler Properties. A native of Summerville, Adriane is a proud Alumni of Pinewood Preparatory School and the College of Charleston. She is the daughter of Richard and Debbie Miler, owners of the company, so she “cut her teeth” in the business while still in high school. One of her deepest passions is helping families relocate to the area and assisting them with finding their new home. Adriane loves the Lowcountry and takes great pride in her hometown. She and her husband, Sean Harrington (a USC graduate and real estate agent with the company) have many interests, one of which is raising their “furry four legged baby” dog named Finley. Adriane loves staying active and involved with the community, and traveling In her spare time, she enjoys cooking new recipes and spending time with her family and friends. At the top of her bucket list is a return trip to Italy.

When Susan is not at the office, she likes being involved at the church she attends where she is the Music Director for the Youth Choir. Beth was born and raised in Pennsylvania, but has made Summerville her home for the past 15 years. She stays active in various activities, of which gardening, reading, and biking are at the top of the list. Beth is the proud mother of her son Patrick, and her five beautiful grandchildren. She has a passion of meeting new people and seeing the joy they have in finding a new home. One of her bucket list desires is to visit and explore the Grand Canyon.
